Metro Shoes promotes brand through Race 2

Metro Shoes has inked a promotional deal with Bollywood’s latest flick ‘Race 2’. The co-branded tie-up includes extensive outdoor promotion of the movie and a meet-and-greet with the glamorous stars.


Race 2, featuring Bollywood stars Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Jaqueline Fernandes and Ameesha Patel released on January 25. Metro Shoes is holding contests for its customers to give away 500 Race 2 tickets all over India. It is also holding a fan meet-and-greet with the stars of the movie.

Metro Shoes has also launched an extensive pan-India outdoor and in-store media campaign to promote the movie and has targeted Tier I, II and III cities. “Metro Shoes is synonymous with fashion and what better way than to partner with the ‘Race’ franchisee, which has an eclectic mix of fashion and glamour. Through this partnership, we hope to reinforce our brand with the right positioning and reach out to a larger set of audiences”, said Lavina Rodrigues Pinto, Marketing Manager, Metro Shoes.
